The Scolopax Beeper is the only acoustic locator with the cowbell sound that doesn't disturb the woodcock, already accustomed to the sound of cow bells grazing during migration. The difference between the Beeper Scolopax 4.0 and the PRO is the operating distance which for the PRO is up to 1800 m. in open field and 300 mt. in the worst conditions of dense forest or depressions, so it's much easier to always be connected with your dog. The Beeper Scolopax PRO has baritone sounds with a frequency of 950 Hz, it has 32 sounds between searches and stops, including the sound of the hawk and the cowbell which can be heard even further away thanks to the volume which can be set higher. The Beeper Scolopax PRO is only available with radio control.
