REPAIR FORM TO BE COMPLETED AND SENT TOGETHER WITH THE PRODUCT

The shipping costs for sending the product to Beretti Assistance are on customers charge.

The product, when it arrives at the company, will be checked and then repaired.

The customer will not be contacted with interventions cost under €50 + shipping costs unless the Customer expressly does so request.

If the expense is greater than €50, the customer will be contacted to evaluate whether to proceed or not with the repair work.

The maximum product repair time is 7 working days, except in exceptional cases for which the customer will be contacted.

The product collection and return service will be carried out on working days (from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
