SHIPPING COSTS (ITALY) For orders equal to or greater than € 100.00 shipping for Italy is free. For orders up to € 99.00 will be asked for a contribution of € 8.00 to which will be added € 4.00 in case of payment on delivery (paying to the courier upon delivery).
For shipping abroad, the shipping cost is € 20.00
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate by e-mail, fax or registered mail within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the package the will to return the goods purchased indicating: • the desire to avail of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. • indication of the product for which you decide to use the right of withdrawal. • data relating to your bank account (IBAN, or alternatively, institution, agency, current account, ABI and CAB) The refund will be made within 14 working days. Beretti srl may in any case retain the reimbursement until it has received the good or until the consumer has shown that it has been sent. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products whose seal has been broken. In case of incorrect purchase, the goods will be replaced only if returned intact, the costs of returning the product are charged to the customer, the product can be replaced in case of defects, or refunded. The customer undertakes to check the integrity of the goods just received, in case of manufacturing defects, the customer must promptly contact Beretti srl to agree on the replacement of the product.
